About

My story

Early childhood educator specializing in responsive caregiving, sensory-rich environments, and secure relationship-based routines for infants and toddlers.

My work is grounded in infant toddler care, responsive caregiving, observation, documentation, family transitions. Over time I have learned that the strongest outcomes come from combining practical systems with empathy, clear communication, and consistent follow-through. Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, I care about creating experiences that help children, families, colleagues, and organizations feel supported and confident. I use UFS to bring my professional story, experience, public profile, and current work together in one trusted place.

One practice that keeps teams aligned

A strong early-learning team does not need more paperwork; it needs a few shared routines that make observation, communication and follow-through easier. When the system is clear, educators have more attention left for children and families.

What families should feel from day one

Families should feel three things from the first tour: their questions are welcome, the environment is intentional, and the people caring for their child communicate with respect and consistency.

A small improvement with a big everyday impact

One small practice I value is ending the week with a ten-minute team reflection: what children were curious about, what routines felt hard, what families told us, and one thing we will adjust next week.

Professional learning I am carrying forward

I keep returning to the same professional principle: growth is strongest when learning is connected to real work. My current focus is deepening practice around infant toddler care, responsive caregiving, observation, documentation, family transitions.

What I value most in great service

The best service experiences are rarely about one big gesture. They come from dozens of reliable details: clear communication, thoughtful preparation, respectful follow-up and a team that notices what people need.
